FISHING REPORT

Rockfish Regulations: 2 Fish per person, +18” !!!!

Rockfish: Chumming has started to pick around Hackets, Pedicory Pt., and Bloody point.  Best fishing has been between 25-35’ around the channels fishing cut alewive on the bottom. 
Trolling remains has remained solid, larger trophy fish are still being caught south of Thomas/Bloody point. 

Crabs:  The rivers and creeks are producing crabs early this year; hand lines, trotlines, and traps should all be working

Croaker: In the bay and rivers hard head are being caught up to 18” on bloodworms, squid, and bait shrimp

White Perch: Mostly being caught in deeper holes or off of structure on bloodworms, grass shrimp, and minnows.  Expect them to start schooling up in the shallows very soon.

Spot:  We have gotten word of the first spot being caught in the area.  Look for it to pick up in the next week or two.
