Combos for Kids provides fun opportunities to celebrate and enrich the lives of children and their families. Our events positively impact our communities by delivering lifelong memories through unique experiences revolving around the sport of fishing.

Combos for kids is a non-profit organization created and supported by Anglers.

In addition to Combos for Kids, Anglers works with a variety of local organizations in order to share our love for fishing, hunting and the outdoors with others!

Annapolis Police Department Fishing Camps

The Annapolis Police Foundation hosts Fishing Camps for kids each summer. The camp teaches kids to fish, and gives them the opportunity to build relationships with the officers. Anglers is proud to support this important program!

Camp Open Arms

Anglers recently brought a Chesapeake Bay Fishing and Crabbing experience to children at Camp Open Arms, a camp for children with limb differences. We partnered with Chesapeake Whalertowne to transport hundred of gallons of Chesapeake Bay water to the camp along with catfish, perch, croaker, spot and blue crabs for the kids to catch. Chesapeake Whalertowne brought two boats for the kids to fish from, and Anglers provided each child with a combo to take home, and fishing, crabbing and hunting related prizes! Navy MWR Kids Fishing Clinic

Anglers supports Navy MWR by providing a free fishing clinic for kids and parents. We provide live bait and each child receives a fishing rod that they get to keep! Our staff teaches the kids how to tie knots, bait hooks and safely cast! The kids had a blast catching perch and catfish

Navy MWR Kids Fishing Tournament

A week after the fishing clinic, Navy MWR hosts a kids fishing tournament and Anglers provides the gift cards for prizes!

Operation NPLB Outdoors

Through a variety of outdoor activities and outings, NPLB Outdoors builds lasting relationships with those directly impacted by combat during our nation’s armed conflicts, regardless of era, in order to promote positive outcomes and lifelong successes.  Anglers supports NPLB Outdoors through fundraisers such as a Gun Raffle during our annual Gun Bash
